“Pastis just about guzzled a whole bottle on a warm, Marin County afternoon. Bright and refreshing, the dominant Sauvignon Blanc takes the lead, yet the gorgeous melon and floral notes of the Chenin really shine through on the mid-palate. A combination of ripe grapes and sur lie aging give this wine it’s juicy, seductive body. A superb summer quaff!”
